Thanks again to all who cheered us on on Saturday. I know I would not have been able to finish my back squats with out the support of my team and my 214 family. I appreciate each of you that were motivating me during my back squats. 50 reps at 135... WOW.. I think I am still in shock

Kristi- I'm with ya on the soreness! I'm a lot better so I will be in for Oly class today=) I also cant believe that I did all 3 WODs on saturday..considering I thought I was going to have to scale the weight or die mid workout lol

Great oly class as usual! 75# (5# PR) just when I thought I had the snatch down I was told I've been banging the bar are my hips!! One day I'll get the snatch down! Even If I have to take this class one million times lol And yes Jose I was kinda dancing around holding off on the PR but I did it anyway=)

Wow! Great Job today by everyone in the OLY Class. Despite some tightness and soreness from the Europa everyone did really well. I look forward to the big numbers that are going to be put up on Thursday!
